Join Princess Dominique and the Long Beach Imperial Court for GOREgeous: A Halloween Makeup Workshop. Jay Quintana (AKA Miss Dominique st. James) is a professional makeup artist and is currently one of the lead makeup artists for Dark Harbor. Join her as she puts on a workshop to help you learn to execute that AMAZING Halloween look.
