best place in long beach!

i love this place, the owner is very warm-hearted. Unlike other certain coffee shops in the area, you dont feel pressured to make constant purchases just to sit and chat with your friends. its like coming home.

This is community

This is the type of coffee shop that builds a community. The owner, Eleno, will bring you in like family and sit down with you for a drink if you're willing to stay awhile. A lot of the regulars will lounge and chat with each other and typically live in the area. The drinks are cheap and basic, and credit cards are not accepted. They are hoping to get hot food soon too. If you're near Pine St for any reason, you should definitely stop by even if to only get a cup of some mexican hot chocolate and be greeted by smiling faces. Also very deaf-friendly and give lessons for signing.
